How do I get started?

How do you provide WordPress support for your clients?

We have a team of Lebanese WordPress experts that can handle almost any request. This includes modify content, installing themes and plugins, adjusting CSS, HTML, and Javascript, and more. We work our best to complete your requests as quickly as possible.

What is included and not included in your website maintenance plans?
What is included in our WordPress Maintenance and Support plans:

Can you maintain more than one website?
Yes, we can definitely help you with your additional websites, just contact us and we will be happy to assist you with them.
How long does it take to complete a support request?
Depending on the complexity of the request, we will respond to all maintenance requests within 2-4 hours on weekdays and 6-12 hours on weekends, via email or phone, with an estimated completion date for each action item in the request. We will address urgent requests immediately or within 1 hour based on the criticality of the issue.
What information I need to provide? 
We will need your WordPress login information and your website hosting login info or FTP/Cpanel URL, username and password. In some cases we may require additional access to other accounts e.g., Google Analytics.
Can I change/cancel my maintenance plan?
You can change your plan or even cancel at any time in order to meet your current needs. Just contact us and tell us which plan you’d like to change to.
Do you offer White Label WordPress Maintenance Services?
Yes, we do offer white labeling WordPress Support and Maintenance services.
Can you help with a single one-time maintenance task?
Yes, we accommodate single jobs as well. Just send us an email describing your issue and we will work on resolving the request for you. In single support tasks we require that you submit payment ahead also we will need your WordPress website and hosting login info.
Do you support and maintain WooCommerce Websites?
Websites with advanced functionality like this require our Optimize Plan, as multi-language sites, sites with payments gateway integration, etc. Those advanced websites take more resources for us to manage so with the right plan we’ll be able keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly.
